POW! Project is a street theatre project specializing in awakening the urban environment. Guerilla-style installments of Downspout Garden appeared around the inner city St. Louis area.

Downspout Garden is an episode of Pockets of Wonder, or POW! Project, directed by Em Piro, also the Executive Director of St. Lou Fringe. Downspout Garden premiered in 2014 and ran from August through October.
